Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item(s)?
If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it – simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery in a saleable condition. Items received after 14 working days from the date of receipt will not be refunded and you will be charged for the subsequent return the items to you. Please note we must be informed in writing by email or by telephone of any intention to return unwanted goods, and unsolicited returns will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
