Collection from warehouse
- All items in stock are available for collection from our warehouse.
- Orders must be placed via telephone in advance, we cannot accept any form of payment at our premises.
- Please refer to our opening hours before collection from the warehouse.
- Same day collection available on most products.
- Please check availability before visiting.
Returns - If you wish to return an order please provide:
Proof of purchase (e.g. copy of your invoice).

How do I return unwanted goods?
Easily! If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it. Simply contact our Customer Service team within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please note that any unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 working days from the date of their delivery. Orders must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Items received after 14 working days from the date of receipt will not be refunded and you will be charged for the subsequent return of the items back to you. You can telephone 01704 532 360 or email sales@garadry.co.uk to alert us of your intention to return unwanted goods. We’ll go through all your options with you and arrange your refund and return.
