1. Prices All prices on this site are + VAT 17.5% (VAT No: 946 5209 07)
2. How do I Order? We have made the ordering process as straight forward as possible. Simply browse Weather Stop Limited, choose your products and add them to your cart. Once you are satisfied with your choice click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for some details to complete your order. Once the order is completed and paid for, you will receive a confirmation via email. We accept Credit/Debit Card transactions, which are handled by our secure card processing facility with Sage Pay, one of the leading companies in this field. Sage Pay recognize that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. For more information about Sage Pay online security visit the Sage Pay website

3. Payment All goods shall be paid for in full by the purchaser to the seller at the time of ordering, by cash, cheque or by credit card online transaction. Account holders have the facility of a credit account, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
4. Delivery
UK mainland
Orders must be ordered before 3pm for same day dispatch. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

If you are not home when your goods are delivered, they will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your product please contact us at
sales@weatherstop.co.uk we endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we do not send out packages on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by a third party.
Worldwide Orders are welcome! We can dispatch products to most worldwide destinations. Please contact us by phone or by e-mail for a shipping price.

5. Product, Refunds & Cancellation
If you realise that you need to change your order please contact on 01704 532360 and one of our advisors will assist you. Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel within 7 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Products should be returned in a resaleable condition. Return and collection arrangements must be made promptly and at your cost. A collection service is available at your cost.
You must return unwanted products within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exhange will be provided. This does not affect your statutory rights. Proof of purchase should be retained in order to claim a refund or exhange. Please be aware that you are responsible for the safe return of items. Postage and packing costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used to place your order.
To obtain a full refund for the cost of your purchase or an exhange please:
- enclose proof of purchase with your returned goods;
- return the product in a saleable condition to our address (see 'Contact Us Page' for details.) and;
- ensure that the items are in a resalable condition.
6. Warranty All products come with a two-year warranty.
7. General We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Weather Stop Limited.
8. Liability Weather Stop Limited do not accept liability to you for any costs, loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising: (a) If the product is not used for its normal intended purpose (b) If the product is not fitted or installed by an expert fully qualified and competent to do the job and if the product has to be returned to us because it is incorrect due to our error, faulty or damaged on delivery, our liability is limited to the refund we may make as outlined above.
9. Fitting Weather seals products. Always get an expert to fit your new product. Never undertake the fitting of any product supplied by us unless you are fully qualified and competent to do it yourself.
10. Weather Stop Limited reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of any of the following circumstances

Fraudulent and attempted fraudulent transactions

Unforeseen errors due to computer systems malfunction

Network communications failure
In the unlikely event of such a circumstance you will be provided with a complete explanation by telephone and/or email together with a full and immediate refund. You will also be given the opportunity to resubmit your order as a new and separate transaction.
11. Use of the website The content of this Website and material herein are subject to copyright. The material contained on this Website may not be modified, deleted, reproduced or used or otherwise made available for any other purpose without Weather Stop Limited prior permission.
12. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed and construed under English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute between us.
