The Thin Yellow Line
Yellow Line
The Weather Stop has been designed with a solid yellow rubber line at the top of
the hump. This ensures that the floor seal is highly visible for people to step
over when entering and exiting the garage.
The yellow line is a permanent solid rubber infill which will not come off when
driven over.
Available Sizes
Weather Stop is 85mm wide x 15mm and is available in 8 different lengths to suit
all opening sizes.

Serrated Grooved Base
Grooved Base
The base of the Weather Stop has been precisely designed with a serrated grooved
base. This creates an ideal surface for the sealant, providing excellent adhesion
when the rubber Weather Stop is bonded to a concrete floor.
Sealant
The Weather Stop Kit includes Soudaflex 40 FC 310ml BLACK sealant. Soudaflex 40
FC is a high quality one component polyurethane sealant for a wide range of sealing
and bonding applications. Soudaflex 40 FC has great bonding strength to fix the
Weather Stop rubber floor seal to a concrete floor.
1No
310ml cartridge is sufficient to glue up to a (6188mm) 20ft 3ins length weather
Stop floor seal.

Also included is a professional sealant gun with hexagonal rod, reinforced ring
and hook end.

EPDM Rubber
The Weather Stop seal is made from high quality black “solid” EPDM (ethylene propylene
diene monomer) 70° Shore A rubber, 85mm wide x 15mm at the highest point.
The Weather Stop will not crack, move or shatter when driven over. EPDM rubber is
commonly used in weather seals on all vehicles including door seals, window seals,
trunk seals and hood seals.
EPDM rubber is very durable and flexible material and works extremely well with
the Weather Stop design. In particular, the flexiblitiy of EPDM rubber allows the
undulations of a concrete floors to be followed, thus ensuring good points of adhesive
contact at all time.
