Product, Refunds & Cancellation
If you realise that you need to change your order please contact on 01704 532360 and one of our advisors will assist you. Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel within 7 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Products should be returned in a resalable condition. Return and collection arrangements must be made promptly and at your cost. A collection service is available at your cost.
You must return unwanted products within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be provided. This does not affect your statutory rights. Proof of purchase should be retained in order to claim a refund or exchange. Please be aware that you are responsible for the safe return of items. Postage and packing costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the debit or credit card used to place your order.
To obtain a full refund for the cost of your purchase or an exchange please:
- enclose proof of purchase with your returned goods;
- return the product in a saleable condition to our address (see 'Contact Us Page' for details.) and;
- ensure that the items are in a resalable condition.
